This is what we agree to
1. Authority and accurate information. You confirm that you are authorized to register the merchant and that the business, contact, menu, wallet, settlement, and fulfillment information you provide is complete and accurate.
2. Merchant responsibility. You remain responsible for your products, menus, pricing, taxes, licenses, customer service, fulfillment, refunds, and compliance with applicable consumer, privacy, employment, and commercial laws.
3. Acceptable use. You will not use NokNok for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, sanctioned, infringing, dangerous, or abusive activity, or to distribute prohibited goods or content.
4. Orders and availability. You will keep menu information and availability reasonably current, honor accepted paid orders, and promptly communicate material fulfillment problems to customers.
5. Wallets and security. You are responsible for safeguarding merchant wallets, devices, credentials, API keys, and staff access. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible.
6. Data and communications. NokNok may process merchant profile, menu, order-routing, device, wallet, and support data to operate, secure, and improve the service. You may use customer data only to fulfill the customer’s request and meet legal obligations.
7. Third-party services. Payment, Ramp, network, and settlement providers have separate terms. Connecting a third-party service is handled directly with that provider, and NokNok shares data only as needed to operate a connection you authorize.
8. Suspension and termination. NokNok may suspend or remove a merchant for material breach, fraud, security risk, legal requirements, or harm to customers or the network. Either party may end participation, subject to completing outstanding obligations.
9. Service changes and liability. Features may change and availability is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, NokNok is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, third-party failures, or losses caused by compromised merchant systems.
